Mitt Master's is a training facility that is geared towards the individual(s) who are serious about healthy goals. You have a place to call your own. You against yourself while learning more about the human body. From the mechanics of motion, eye sight & reaction and brain food, you'll feel benefitted every time you enter and exit the facility.

From the local ladies who live in the Schuster Center branching out to those who work the regular 9 to 5, expanding to the (NFL) National Football League as well as the NBA, most everyone can take on personal levels of training. Not everyone wants a crowded gym. Enjoy your time, in the studio, to experience what personal fitness is all about.

I’ve had several trainers before but he is by far the best. We get the work done and have a few laughs. This is the first time I’ve looked forward to working out.

Great workout! I enjoyed the class and cannot wait to take another. The cardio was intense but not so overwhelming that I could not keep up. The class was a full body workout, and the instructor Rod kept it fun.
