Bullying has become a problem in society today. It is in our schools, on the school bus, online, and in activities in which our children participate. These bullies simply don't care about others. Our children are being affected in so many ways by those who bully. No one should have to feel the anguish of loneliness, and abandonment, the physical and mental heartache and pain due to the insensitivity of the person/or persons who are bullying.

I can't say enough good things about this gym and the people here. I have been training for 12 years and travel frequently for work. I have a lot of exposure to different places. The people, culture, curriculum, and technique are all here. Such a great experience. Highly recommend

The staff at Dayton MMA is extremely professional, while making sure all students young and old understand the material that is delivered. Coach Chris is excellent with the kids classes while making sure all students learn in an safe environment. Everyone is always welcome for a free week trial, you are never to old to start some thing new!

I originally started at a different gym and it wasn't a good fit for me. I decided to try Dayton MMA after reading several great reviews about them online. It was a perfect fit! Everyone at the gym is very friendly and make you feel like you're part of their family. If you're a beginner or not sure about trying Jiu Jitsu, I highly recommend trying them, Michael and Chris are very patient and help you every step of the way. If you're looking for a gym with phenomenal instruction, attention to detail and a fun environment, this is it.

I don't know if this gym is still up and running. I tried to find it and was unable to. Then I called the business and left a message and never received a call back. If it is up and running then I think it's poor customer service to not return phone calls. I ended up checking out another place not as close to my House, Soma Jiu-Jitsu they were very nice, friendly, and had great customer service skills.

This place is great. I've been training for about eight months now, and at Dayton MMA for just over two months. I love it here. I'm in there training five days a week when I have time. The instruction is top notch and there is a good ratio of drilling to rolling. I can't believe how fast I learn here, I cannot stress enough how good the instructors are. Everyone there is super fun to work with and injuries are pretty rare. I 100% recommend Dayton MMA for anyone who is new or currently trains and wants to switch it up. See you on the mats!

My kids and I have been training at Dayton MMA for a little over two years now. It’s a high-quality family-friendly training environment serving active competitors, hobbyists, and kids across a range of disciplines with equal acumen. The new facility is smaller, but the instructors are as committed as always.

We found Dayton MMA Academy online as we were searching for Martial Arts classes for our very spirited, very active 5 year old. Realizing most Martial Arts studios do not accept students until they are around age 6-7, we were pleasantly surprised to find Dayton MMA Academy offering classes for very young children, carefully designed to be both fun and educational for the age group. They were a bit hard to get ahold of on the phone due to the nature of differing class hours and the very personal nature of the studio (this is no mass produced operation!) but eventually with a little persistence I
