Amazing customer service and affordable prices. There wasn’t any hair place available to take us in w/out appt. So I found them on Google and called them up. They said they can take us. My mama and I came, they took care of our hair needs. The place wasn’t busy (which I’m glad for) and we were proud of the results esp for walking in.

I asked the stylist to give me a very LIGHT trim at my ends, maybe about half an inch to an inch. This lady chopped off about 2-3 inches of my hair. I asked her multiple times only a light trim, and that I was trying to grow my hair out. She really wiped out 3-4 months of growth I was trying so hard to grow out and keep up with. All down the drain. I also asked her a specific, choppy-layered style I wanted. Gave me nothing of the sorts. I would give this place 0 stars if I could.

I loved my hair❤️ I have always had bad experiences with my hair but Tina she did an amazing job with my hair... she absolutely did exactly what I thought of and she helped to figure out what would look better on me and suits my personality...she took care of me throughout. Good customer service, they keep the place clean and gives you an comfortable environment.. I would highly recommend this place..

I've been a customer for several years and have always had a great experience. I personally specifically ask for Tina when I come visit. It's not that the other girls aren't good, but I personally enjoy the conversations and her style.
She is very up-to-date with style and often helps me experiment. As great as they might be, I'm lazy and end up with a faux hawk as it's just easier to maintain.
I'm usually pretty conservative with my money, so I only get the bare necessities. With Tina, I tried the shampoo one time because I had to be somewhere right after, and now

Amy is amazing! Went to Hair and Nails right down the street from here and the owner quoted $275 For just a cut and color! As a new homeowner I just can't spend that. Saw this place on the way home, came in for a quote and Amy gave me a great price, even took me in right away! I was offered tea, soda water, never had a salon ask me that before! Even though they were busy she kept a cool head and always had a smile on her face!

The staff at Classy Cuts is very polite and quick to get you in a chair. They listened to what I wanted and got straight to work. When the process seemed to get a little long, another stylist helped my stylist out when there wasn't anyone else needing service.
The reason that this isn't a 4 or 5-star rating is because at one point during my session, they put a color in my hair that I did not approve of and was not aware was going onto my hair. I came here last Monday 9/12/16 in the afternoon and I was handed a few haircut books to look at while I waited.
There was a female & male to cut hair & I was a walk-in.
Rick walked me back & washed my hair w/no towel so I asked for one.
I'm sure he spoke English but some instructions had to be discussed with the other hairdresser.
in the end he followed my directions and it turned out well.
I am happy with my haircut by Rick & I'll go back to him next time.
