Is it really necessary to replace my timing belt at the recommended interval? YES. The failure of a timing belt in many cars can result in major engine damage. The cost of repairing an engine with a broken timing belt is much greater than the cost of a timing belt replacement. What does it mean if my "check engine" or "service engine soon" light comes on?

Honestly I picked integrity because they were the first people actually answer the phone and also get my car in 30 minutes after I called. Very fair pricing and great people to work with. I appreciate everything they did for me!

The front desk staff kept me informed as to what was going on during the entire time I was waiting for my car. She was very pleasant. There was somewhat of a delay in the process which was explained to my satisfaction. I was satisfied with the service I received and will go back.

I need to keep my 15 yo auto another five years or more, so I had Integrity give it a good once over…and they did. Providing clear documentation of repairs needed in the future and the costs I’m facing. They didn’t sell me a do this or else—they were fair and assistive. I’d tell you the name of the mechanic who serviced my auto, but I forgot to ask. I hold confidence in Integrity to prolong maximum use of my auto and their want to have my back. Thank you Jim.

It was a great relief to have a professional opinion of what was going on with her truck before she tried to drive over the mountains back to Grand Junction. Thanks for making the time Kelly!
