Nice folks, but don't think I'll be back.
Paid full price for an alignment, only received a verbal "check".
When I asked for the before/after alignment printout, I was told there wasn't one, that most people don't ask for it. 35+ years I've always wanted/received a printout without asking from other shops. They offered to rack it again if I wanted to leave it again, no thanks.
I was told it was good as is, they didn't do anything to it. I was then told the Caster was off, but they didn't have the cams for it. "It'll be fine". IMO, get the parts and complete the job. Isn't that what I'm paying

Pat reached out to us in regards to a customer of theirs in need of assistance. They were traveling and their vehicle started having issues, possibly caused by a part they had installed. We diagnosed the issue and found one of the sensors they had installed failed (no fault of theirs). We were able to order a new part, install it, with minimum trip interruption, and all under warranty for the customer. I would recommend 360 Diesel and Auto Repair any day. I have gone to 360 Diesel and Auto Repair multiple times to work on my 2001 Ford F250 7.3 Liter. John has done a great job every time and is very knowledgable and a quality mechanic. Pat who runs the front of the house is a very nice and knowledgable lady as well. We recently had our Honda Element repaired before a long road trip. At no fault of theirs one of the engine sensors they replaced before our trip failed during the trip (we got a lemon part). The work they do and Napa parts they use are warrantied which ended up being very helpful. The sensor ended up failing at the worst possible time
