Amazing veterinary hospital. You can tell they actually care about your four legged loved one. They will fit you in if you’re concerned about something that needs seeing urgently. They always answer the phone and always make time to answer any questions. I have and would highly recommend Pyramid veterinary hospital to all my dog/cat owner friends.

I seriously hardly ever write a review, that's because I'm a busy mom of 2 kids and now a puppy goldendoodle. Pyramid animal hospital has really excelled all expectations. Let me say Dr. Maker and Shaelyn are a magical duo! Front staff is a dream all very pleasant but most important knowledgeable ladies. Our new goldendoodle puppy was treated there by Dr. Maker and she just went above and beyond with everything her assistant Shaelyn was a doll! Update: oh boy this place is up and down. One day I'll get a nice tech, the next I'm getting yelled at over the phone. We are moving on from Pyramid Vet, I tried to make this place work but I just can't keep up with all the hot vs cold employees. It's stressful enough taking a pet in to the vet let alone having to deal with emotionally unstable techs/office staff.

Everyone was so nice. Don't worry he's not eating a hamburger he's just eyeballing it.

My last vet, Dr. Thompson, only saw felines. So in preparation to getting a Goldendoodle puppy this year, I spent quite a bit of time internet researching veterinarians, speaking to office personnel and visiting the 8 practices I had narrowed my search down to. I finally decided on Pyramid Veterinary Hospital because of the doctors' experience, friendly & patient staff, cleanliness, recommendations from friends, and most importantly, the doctors' and staffs' goal of providing stress free visits for their patients. I like this vet clinic, I really do, but how they've managed my cat's "emergency dental surgery" (their words) has been pretty chaotic.

We weren't able to get an appointment for the surgery for 6 weeks (our diagnosis appointment was back in September) even though they were fairly concerned about it being injected. We get closer to the date and on the very night before, they cancel the surgery. They informed us that two of their vets that do the dental work are on maternity leave but I have to wonder why they didn't plan for this by bringing in a new vet or surgeon

The first time we took our puppy in to start his vaccinations the vet wanted to show how great she was with dogs. She proceeded to shove 4 different treats into his mouth to make him happy. He was a puppy! He had diarrhea for 10 days. We were charged for the probiotics to help him get better too. We were also told that he shouldn’t eat new foods. When we told them that we don’t, that the vet gave him the treats, they had no response. Not an apology, not any type of taking responsibility. Nothing.

We are sitting outside Pyramid vets waiting for Sylvester. He had conjunctivitis 2 months ago and now he has a cold. They are Very Caring here. He is a little nipper and they are very cautious. This is not a money mill. They Care about your pet's welfare and do their Best to Get Them Well. Dr. Erika Gilbert is a Super Star!!!!

Initially I was happy with our first visit here. Just a well check for my dog and prescription refill for heart worm meds etc. a visit in the time of COVID looks like pulling into a space, making a check in call, and the. They come take your pet inside for the visit and bring back out.

We were informed of a vaccine needed in case we headed into CA and so at the time it seemed wise to maybe get it.

When they brought our boy out we were told he would need a booster and I asked about making an appointment. I was told someone would call me to schedule that.

The best vetinary in town. We are new to the area with two dogs (elderly) and Dr. Palmer does acupuncture for animals, perhaps the only one around to my knowledge.

When our dogs were close to the end and at the end was so compassionate not only to our dogs (our kids) but to us. Thank you Dr. Palmer for graciousness in our last time with our dogs. Words cant express our appreciation for your veterinary expertise and being the Dr. Doolittle , talking to animals.

The staff are so nice
Very helpful. Very reasonably price. The vet takes time to call and talk to uou about your pet, follow up calls as well.

These guys are awesome. They honored our appointment and had us out the door within mins while our pup was getting fixed for the day. They were very thorough with instructions for our pup to follow in the coming weeks after her treatment. You can tell these guys are animal people by they way the treat my dog and others in the lobby. They earned my business for many years to come. Thanks Dr. Willams & Dr. Taylor - Your Tint Guy!

Now, the stitches were supposed to be removed a week ago but yesterday I was told that they weren't healed enough and they were also not done right in the first place so they had to fix it. If they hadn't already started to take the stitches out, leaving a gaping hole, I would have taken him elsewhere right then. Now it's another 2 weeks of stitches and antibiotics. Seriously incompetent.

The staff is friendly. The office hours and location are convenient. The doctors inspire confidence. The premises are clean. There's plenty of parking.

You might find a cheaper vet somewhere, but I won't bother trying to find one.

What a great place. Wow. I switched vet clinics so I could get closer to where I live now, they were so nice the minute I walked in and said hello and they all were chatting with my little dog Pippy. They were very thorough and took the time to look through her records and made sure to give her the right
Shots. They even clipped her toe nails for me. Now that's awesome. Super cool. Loved it. I'm so happy to have found this place. very caring place to take your pet.

I have honestly never come across a more kind, capable, and caring veterinary hospital! The entire staff from the receptionists to the assistants, techs, and doctors seem to really have a passion for taking care of animals. They all work together to form a unified team of experienced and knowledgeable pet-lovers. Even going in for just a routine vaccination feels like a warm hug. These people are wonderful and all their routine services are totally affordable. We love Pyramid Vet!

Our dogs love Dr. Lopez. We recently had both of our puppies neutered and spayed. Dr Lopez did both surgeries.

He has a great bedside manner and is professional and kind.
