Honest, reasonable, professional and treats everyone with respect. My 80 year old mom loves them and she doesn't really appreciate anyone but they are so good to her and now they are our mechanic. Please trust us you want to take your vehicle here. So refreshing to find an honest place to get our vehicle fixed.

I am new to the area and a very potential customer. It is pouring and my tire lights go on for my two rear tires. I arrived and asked for help checking my psi and they look at me like I'm crazy. I'm asked to drive around and I WAIT. Mind you, there's no one else here waiting. Finally, a tech comes out and asks me what I need again. He also looks at me like I'm lost?! Really? When done, I guess? They slam the bay door and don't even say "have a nice day" " you have a nail", or "hey, how about a tip"...NOTHING!! I am not impressed.

Very professional, they will tell u how to fix things, their very honest and only fix what needs to be fixed. They work on your vehicle with appointments but if they can in an emergy they will fit u in. They fixed out car in less than 3 hours or so and no extra things needed to be fixed..

Very poor customer service, as a women I’m not very knowledgeable in car parts etc I left a voicemail inquiring about a service I heard they provided and me not knowing anything about cars used an incorrect term which caused them not to service our car , without even allowing my husband to explain he refused . At this point my husband got very frustrated and said things he should haven’t said but after the fact the man refused services on something I said on a message inquiring .. when I called back he pushed his religious beliefs on me and basically told me too bad since it’s your husbands

I was looking somewhere to have my car repaired and I glad I found Gregg Smith shop. He fixed my brake promblem and quoted me and did exactly what he quoted me for. I would definitely recommend this shop for automobile needs.

Very professional, quickly diagnosed a problem two other mechanics missed.
Our car was making a noisy roar on acceleration. Steve promptly diagnosed it as a loose air intake housing, which prior mechanics had missed.
We also had the rear brakes on our Honda replaced, while we waited. They discussed the work needed with us as it progressed. They let us know that the rear calipers were OK, and didn't need replacing. Based on my experience, many shops would have gone ahead a replaced them needlessly.
They also take reasonable and professional safety measures to protect their customers and themselves

GREAT experience! Professional staff, had my car ready in a very timely manner. When I picked my car up they even did a couple of things I forgot to mention when I dropped the car off right then and there with no complaint. Now that is customer service! Greg Smith Automotive will be where I go from now on for any car needs.

Great automotive shop that stands behind their work. I had my truck repaired by Gregg Smith Automotive and they did a fantastic job. 8 months later, an installed part failed due to a manufacturer's defect (no fault of Gregg Smith Automotive). I took the truck back to get it inspected, and Gregg Smith Automotive repaired the truck again under warranty, zero cost to me. No hassle, no BS, no issues. I appreciate their honesty and quick work. 5 stars all the way.
