Pals is the only place in town I trust with my vehicle. You don’t have to worry about them trying to get one over on you. There has been several times when I’ve brought my car in and they’ve found and fixed other minor issues without adding it to my bill!

Brought our Santa Fe in for a transmission flush and engine oil/filter service a few days ago. Chuck and his team were honest and answered all my questions. My service was scheduled for a drop-off and completed sooner than promised. This is a local shop, with integrity, straightforward repairs, fair pricing in relation to others and an unmatched warranty in the business!

Wow- what a great experience here. My 2 year old GMC Terrain had a catastrophic engine failure just off Interstate 75 as we were traveling from Sarasota to NJ. Lost breaking ability, vacuum seal failed -unable to restart. We got a tow to Pals. The owners are wonderful people, went out of their way to quickly diagnose the problem and help us get the vehicle to a dealer, get a rental and return to Sarasota. These are good, honest and friendly people whose hospitality is second to none. Moreover, they are extremely knowledgeable and competent. Car repair facilities often get a bad rap for sharp practices

We were traveling south on I-75 from Georgia, towing our travel trailer on the way to vacation when the truck started acting up and the check engine light came on. It being a Saturday worried us that places wouldn't be open. Called these folks up, explained the situation to Chuck and he gave us perfect directions as to how to access the property with the camper. We got there, got unhooked, and they performed a diagnostics. Three ignition coils were bad causing misfiring cylinders. We grabbed lunch and ate in the lobby with our cat while they performed the repairs. Everyone was super accommodating
