Oishii Japanese Sushi & Grill Restaurant

Worst customer service. Ordered online and arrived 30min after online quote. They proceeded to ask (not just my name) but what I ordered and said another 15 to 20 min. Took 20 min more. Noone in the restaurant. Several waiting. Would go elsewhere!

Almost got dropped from in doordash order because they were just dragging their feet, there was only two other people in there and we'd all been there. The person that got their food first out of us three, he was there 20 minutes so you can imagine I was there for 35 minutes, now I did show up right when they started the order but it shouldn't take 35 minutes even if I was eating there much less having to deliver it, my customer wound up not paying I wound up having to pay for it because of them. Y'all are way too slow if you're going to be active in America you need to be active, that's the key

This restaurant is very good. Better than most fancier, cook in front of you Hibachi restaurants, and still less expensive, although still a little pricey for strip mall take out. The fried rice is excellent, most of the time. The hibachi chicken is a little dry, but still good. The vegetable tempura is amazing, and the ginger dressing and spring rolls are the best I have ever had. The wait for a to go order can be long, but knowing that, just call ahead earlier. My only real "gripe" with the place is how stingy they are with the "white / shrimp" sauce. They only give you one half full little cup

This has become a go to place for me. The food is always delicious and for a reasonable price!
Only down side is that the wait times aren't accurate, and they don't get updated by the restaurant for the online system, so a 20 minutes pick up time can leave you waiting outside for an additional 20-40 minutes after that. I don't mind the wait because they're busy and working hard, just wish customers were given a more accurate estimate for the pick up time so I don't drive there to wait even longer.

Food tastes great. Prices online are not accurate. No way to place an order online. Tried to charge me for chopsticks even though I had 2 adult meals a kids meal and sushi. Charged 50 cents per yum yum sauce that was not even half full. Not happy with prices or service. Refused to honor their own online coupon that is found on their website!

Ordered take out around 7pm. Heard nothing back about our order. Call to check in and they said they never received it. This was almost 2 hours later and then they took an additional hour just to prepare the food. Not worth it at that point.

We picked up chicken and scallop hibachi for me (pregnant - unfortunately can't have sushi) and hubby got sushi. The yellow tail and red clam sushi were amazing (per hubby). My hibachi was amazing. The scallops were better than the chicken but still delish. The fried rice was yummy yummy. We got it to go and ate on the beach and mine was still warm when we got there. Highly recommend this place.

Outstanding food. Great house fried rice. Excellent seafood tempura. The rolls and suchi is fresh and tastes great as well. The young lady who served us provided excellent service. A must visit restaurant.

The sushi was so delicious! This is also the first place that I've been able to find that has red bean mochi 😍 The service was very pleasant and fast. Highly recommend!

Loved the food but was disappointed that there was no table side hibachi. Perfect Yum Yum sauce and food presentation. Service out performed local rival but classified as hidden gem.
