John Crum and his cleaning crew has been the worst Experience I have had in a long time. They not only did not clean my house but one of his employees Jaime Parker stole the key to my car and then two days later is caught on video stealing my car. John Crum then refused to assist me in getting my car back. Do not use this company they cannot be trusted.

Really happy with service and performance. Place was cleaned thoroughly, but the real gem is that John and his team worked to book and take care of my place on extremely short notice after another company let me down. John and crew made an appointment that worked for me, came in, did great work, and saved the day. Definitely recommend and will use again! Thank you John!

Crum cleaning worked with our changing schedule to complete a move out clean. They made our house SHINE before going to market. We've never seen the hardwoods look like that! I was amazed at the friendly and kind service both before, during and after the appointment. Can't wait to live in my new house long enough to need them again!
