The crew arrived at the appointed time and did a super job of cleaning windows and skylights. They we courteous, efficient and respectful of our time and property. The windows and skylights were crystal clean and clear when they finished. I highly recommend them to anyone needing these services.

Empire has a proven window and storm washing system and experienced project managers and interior/exterior window washing teams. They were timely, professional, and responsive and took care with boot coverings to not soil our carpets and rugs. They even doubled up with two teams to complete the job quicker in advance of forecasted rains in the afternoon. We will definitely use them again next year.

We had 2 young men come clean our windows, screens, and windowsills. They were nice and worked hard. When they were done my husband asked them to walk around and check out the windows. He pointed out a couple of windowsills that didn’t get cleaned. Overall they did a good job.

We have used Empire for several years. The crew works efficiently. They are professional, courteous and respectful of our things. Wore masks and shoe coverings inside. This time they cleaned outside, inside and screens on windows. Our windows look great! I sit and look out my windows with amazement! So so much better than I could do myself!

It was so professional from the person taking my order and scheduling the window cleaning appointment to the people who performed the cleaning. Your first impression in dealing with the lady who took the order was that she had full confidence in dealing with people, ascertaining their needs and making decisions that showed she had confidence in her knowledge of the services offered.
On Thursday, July 29, Chris came out with two other gentlemen. I recognized Chris from the previous appointment we had to have only the outside
