My experience with Dr. Ana Ortiz and all the staff has been wonderful. Dr. Ortiz personally sat with me and went over my dental needs. She explained thoroughly each step. She made me feel very comfortable and eased all my anxiety.

I recently changed dentists and I am extremely happy with Dr. Ortiz and her staff. Digital xrays, procedures explained to me ( crown replacement and a filling replaced). They were very gentle. I am thoroughly pleased.

My appointment was for a 6 month cleaning. There was minimal waiting time. The hygienist was very thorough, answered all my questions and was personable.

Overall very knowledgeable, took the time to explain and review things. Hygienist was thorough yet gentle with the cleaning overall especially since it was quite some time since the last cleaning I had. X-ray process has improved dramatically.

Love the friendly welcome you get as you walk in. Everyone is courteous and informative. The office vibe is everything, from the entrance, waiting room and the examination rooms! The dental hygienists Melissa & Ashley are amazing, I have had very bad experiences in other dental offices, these ladies are very knowledgeable and informative, and they would ask if I was ok, while performing my cleaning, they care about the patients! I known Dr.Ortiz for over 10 years, her care & knowledge are extraordinary. She listens to your concerns and works to find work plans & solutions to your dental needs!

Today my son had an appointment, he is 13 years old. This appointment was really 5 stars, the hygienist and the doctor very detailed with the explanation. They have a lot of patience, they are very professional. I recommend Madison Green Family Dental, it is clean, tidy and taking care of all covid-19 protocols.

Ashley the dental hygienist is FANTASTIC!! She is very professional, knowledgeable and does a very great job period!!! Dr. Anna Ortiz is super knowledgeable and explains everything to the best detail. I'm very glad I went to Madison Green!!! Professional and organized!
