I have now used this service 3 times. They never fail to amaze me. No other carpet company that I used has been able to get the traffic patterns out of my carpets and my carpets are 10 years old. They even got the patterns out after others tried. Give them a try. You will not be disappointed

Technicians arrived on schedule and were polite and attentive to the work that needed to be done. I also had tile and grout cleaned. Everything is freshened up. Upholstery did not come out as clean as I hoped, but it is an older piece. Robert said if I was not happy when it dried, he would return to touch it up. Good service overall.

I had Zerorez come by Saturday and had then do my couch and 2 bedrooms and they came out great! They were even able to lift the stains the apartment "claimed" they couldn't. Our tech was very professional and spent a lot of time and effort, especially on our couch. We definitely reccomend 5 Stars!

Women on phone said they do not have anyone that comes out to give estimates. She told me prices over the phone but not knowing the dimensions she could only speculate. Called three other companies and they all sent someone out. Just trying to get my tile cleaned. Of the three only two moved items and only one would replace broken tile piece. Guess which one got the job and was lower in price too. Job done and more than satisfied. So long Zerorez. Remember you can't put a price on word of mouth advertising.

I went to their website I scheduled a day I picked the type of service I wanted they came out they did exactly what I asked the service man was excellent quick and efficient they were even early and called asked if I would like them to come early I said by all means... There were no hidden fees I have a Chihuahua female that pees in four different spots on my brand new expensive $9,700 carpet they cleaned it up perfectly absolutely no odor (so happy there's no hidden costs)... very reasonable prices zerorez is exactly what they say they are... I feel no residue carpets are dry almost it's only

Have had many different companies over the years clean my carpets and most have been ok but Zerorez, in my humble opinion, is by far a superior clean and my reason is this; they use no chemicals which leaves no residue that make your carpets stiff and crunchy to walk on. Using soaps, detergents, etc. leaves a residue which can make your carpets feel stiff and can also attract dirt and make your carpet matted. We just had our carpets cleaned a month ago and the service was top notch and the carpets were clean and soft. Great communication and a professional installer. You might find a cheaper company

I have had these guys clean my tile twice and I'm literally amazed at how clean they get it. I cannot get on the floor and hand scrub my floors anymore (even if I could it would take me 3 x as long and why would I with these results) and the floors get so gross with the dog, etc. They do a fantastic job and it's super fast. The prep time for us to get ready for them takes longer than them to clean it. It's so....worth it though. Love it!

Disappointed in the lack of communication. Met the tech at the property, told him to call us 30 min before he was done. Estimated two hours. 3 hours later we drove by. Two cleaning vans there. Apparently had issues with vehicle and in addition, they locked themselves out of the van. No call letting us know about the delay. We drove around for 5 hours. Waste of our time and gas. Gave two stars, because the cleaning was decent. Will never use them again

The one star rating is for the Zerorez system. All of the ads I could find say that they use an alkalized water, no chemicals. When the tech arrived at my house I went outside and he was about to add the citrus smelling power that goes into the cleaner. I said, I thought it would be just water NO smell, no chemicals.
End result, the cleaning process includes some kind of powder (looked and smelled like detergent to me) added to the water. We have a family member who is sensitive to perfumes
