Wow! Raul gave us a heads-up that they were early and if we would be okay with an earlier time than our scheduled time. I was completely fine with that information. When Raul arrived, he was very polite, introduced himself, and asked about the areas that were to be cleaned. Immediately, he got to work. He asked if he could leave the front door open, so he could bring in his gear...I also imagine to air out the solutions he was using on the carpet/floor. Within the next 20-25 minutes, he was finished. The end results were great! The cost was affordable/reasonable. We will definitely use Raul and

Called to get a sectional and love seat cleaned. An appointment was available the next day. The day of the appointment Zane called to let me know he had a cancellation and he could come earlier. Great for me! Zane was very friendly and professional. He asked if there were any areas that needed extra attention. He worked in a timely manner and when he was finished the furniture looked so nice. I thought the price was a little high at 225$ but I have not had upholstery professionally cleaned before.

Randomly chose Starr from a Google search. Reviews were good and I liked that it was a smaller, local company.
My first appt I had to reschedule due to not feeling well. They were great with that and understanding.
Today when Zane arrived, & they let me know he was on his way. He was prompt, friendly and professional.

Fantastic service. From the moment we called until the service technician (Zane) left the property. The office staff we very courteous and accommodating in finding a time that worked with my schedule. The technician was courtesy, professional and able to remove the stains in our carpet. He also took the time to protect our wall corners so as not to scratch the paint with his equipment. Prices were very reasonable and worth having a service (vs. attempting to do it ourselves.) We will use them again (and again)!

This was my first time using Starr Cleaning for my apartment carpet and my little area rug. Between my teenagers and little dog, it was just time to get it cleaned and smelling fresh again. Raul came and was super kind and professional. He was done really quickly. When i made my appointment they let me choose the time of day that worked best. On day of cleaning i got updates from Raul when he was on his way which was great since i work from home. The carpet looks great and smells good. The service was super affordable and the products they use are safe for my animals which was incredibly important

Brandon came out to clean my carpets and he did an amazing job. Honestly I was contemplating on replacing the carpet entirely but I decided to get them cleaned first. This company had so many five star reviews I had to give them a shot. Anyway I am so happy!! I have three kids under 10 and they just destroyed my carpet. But Brandon came in and made them look brand new again. He was super nice. Send me a text message in the morning to confirm the time . Confirmed the prices before the job and did an amazing job. I am definitely calling him next time I get my carpets cleaned and I would recommend

This was our second time using Starr. Brandon was excellent! He showed up early and got the job done. He was thorough and helped to get a stain out of the carpet. I am so glad Starr was able to come out as quickly as they did. I called yesterday afternoon and he was here bright and early the next morning. Customer service was great from the 1st call to the carpet cleaning! Thank you again!

I bought a sectional sofa from a consignment store. It is a high end sofa but was very dirty. I was able to make an appointment in a very reasonable period of time and Starr Cleaning did a great job. It turned out that there were a couple of spots still on the arms. They came back right away and now the sofa is magnificent. I will definitely use them again!

This is the second time I have used Starr. I had them come in to clean my family room, stairs, and sectional couch and did a great job. Prompt, courteous, quick, and professional. I wish I would have taken before and after pictures of our grout because Starr did an amazing job!! When I got price quotes, they were the best priced and came the most recommended. I definitely see why! Friendly service and they were super fast! We are very happy with the results! We also used them for carpet a year or so ago and they did a great job then too

Austin and Jake are AWESOME and if you need anything cleaned then you should contact them immediately
They were friendly and professional and full of information and they made sure that we were happy with the job they did before leaving which is really nice
Best part? There are no hidden costs or fees anddddd if you decide to get your carpets cleaned the price does include closets and stairs

I contacted Starr cleaning through Facebook to request a quote after reading a great review of the company on my community page. They were prompt with information, quotes and answered all questions I needed. We had a bad situation with a contractor that led to us needing to get the floors and grout cleaned in the first place and I was super impressed with Starr. They followed up to confirm our appointment and Austin arrived ahead of schedule this morning. He was helpful and really gave some great insight for our timelines. I was so impressed with this company - 10/10 would recommend.

Jake and his team were so great to work with. They did a move in deep house cleaning as well as a carpet clean on our new home right after we closed escrow and I felt so much better moving into a clean home. I requested quotes from at least 6 companies and Jake was the first to respond (9pm on a Friday night). He had great customer service and an even better price quote for us. I will definitely be saving their number for the next time I am in need and I recommend you call them as well.
