Services
We teach three core life skills that improve the qualityof life for each and every one of our students. Children with strong bodies, fine tuned motor skills and physical coordination developed through Our Program will have improved: general health, sports performance, as well as other physical activities such as dancing or bike riding.
We know you want the best in care for your children, and we strive to provide that for them. We have a friendly staff, clean spacious facility, and plenty of activities for your child. Socialization has become more and more important over this past year. In our program, children are given ample time to just hang out and be with each other.

My experience here was after the recent snow storm wrecked havoc on my sons school. they anticipated 6-8 weeks to fix the damage leaving me to do remote instruction with a 5 year old, a one year old at home and working a full time job. but master Eric Pechacek and Melissa opened their door to welcome my son and do remote instruction support. They had a 7-3 program where they made sure he was on his zoom calls, all his work was complete daily and he was coming home happy showing me all the fun taekwondo moves and phrases he learned for PE. what more could you ask for? They are professional, kind

Very clean environment. Master P is a man of integrity and does a wonderful job with the children. His degree in child psychology allows him to coach the children into being the very best versions of themselves. Melissa is very kind and patient. The child instructor's work very well with the children also. I definitely reccomend this dojo.

I have been learning martial arts for 28 years, teaching for 15 years, and own 3 schools. I send my kids to Synergy Martial Arts for 3 reasons 1) the owner is passionate about teaching our future generations the skills they need for success 2) the instructors implement exactly what the owner inspires 3) the owner won't just give my kids their black belts, they will have to earn it.... I also reviewed the Google reviews prior to enrolling my kids I saw a disturbing 1 star review, but then I checked the reviewers history: all 1 star reviews except the place that gave him extra fries. What a lovely

We started with Master Pachacek and his school in summer of 2016 as a family. My wife, my two oldest boys, and me are learning together. We were looking for something to do in addition to the soccer my boys play. I certainly don't mind watching them play, but I also wanted to find something that we could do together.
This has been a lot of fun and a real blessing to my family and me. I've seen my two boys grow not only in confidence and coordination, but more importantly, they are growing in respect. I've noticed that they will often respond to people by saying "sir" or "ma'am."

Our family has been with Master Pechacek and his fabulous staff since 2015. It is not just good exercise and a great learning experience, but also an opportunity to connect in a community. The instructors have poured into my children and given them opportunities to pour into other students through words of encouragement, teaching and friendship. These kids learn more than Taekwondo...their character has been shaped.

My son started Taekwondo at Master Pechacek’s school when he was 7 as a summer activity. 7 years after , he never left then and he loved every bit of it.
Instructors were nice and very helpful. Master P, as most people call him is a great instructor and help kids achieve their goals. Can’t thank him enough for the training and motivation he instill to my son to ultimately achieving his goal as a Wolrd Champion in Traditional weapons .

I know Master P and Susan to be good people first and foremost. They are devoted to the students/clients, their family and God, not in any particular order. Master P is one of the most compassionate and intelligent business owners I know. He is the kind of person who will do the right thing and he communicates very clearly and thoughtfully. He's an above average student of karate as I've seen him continue to attain higher levels of certification to this day. As a karate teacher, he is loved and respected by his students.
