Rude and insensitive staff. If I’m there to see a psych I’m already not having a good time, try to be a LITTLE sensitive and compassionate. Receptionists have had an attitude with me many times and act like their or the doctors oversights are my fault and my responsibility. So glad my therapist left them, now to find a new doctor!!!

I used to go to this place quite often and I have recommended a few people there. It seems this place has declined drastically. When you call, expect for someone to answer and put you on hold immediately. I waited on hold for 10 minutes before hanging up and calling back. When I called back, the call forwarded to voicemail. When I called back a 3rd time, I waited for another 12 minutes before someone picked back up.
I had an appointment balance of $30 due. Due to the hurricane, I was out of work and power and lost all of my food as others did. They refuse to send my prescription because I have

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD. THE RUDEST OFFICE STAFF I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW THE DOCTORS CONTINUE TO KEEP THEM EMPLOYED. NEWSFLASH: THEY'RE ARE PLENTY OF PEOPLE OF PEOPLE THAT CAN DO THAT JOB THAT ARE GREAT AT PATIENT SERVICE. I AM AN EXPERIENCED MEDICAL FACILITY MANAGER, AND IT PAINS TO BE TREATED SO HORRIBLY. DO THEY REALIZE THAT THEY ARE DEALING WITH A PATIENT DEMOGRAPHIC THAT ARE DEALING WITH MENTAL DISORDERS, TRAUMA, DEPRESSION, ETC? WHEN YOU WORK IN SUCH ATMOSPHERE YOU MUST BE AWARE OF THE COMMUNITY YOU ARE SERVING. MANY OF THESE PATIENTS ARE ARRIVING UNDER STRESS

Horrible!
I was heading to my new patient appointment when I called the office for directions because I couldn’t find the building. Was told by the girl who answered phone that Dr. Chester should’ve already told me how to get there! She didn’t even feel the need to WANT to help me even find the place as if my calling was inconvenient. Upon my arrival I noticed most of the spots were reserved for other businesses so I ended up calling the office again just to make sure I parked in the correct location. BIG MISTAKE. I cannot believe how I was spoken to. I was threatened to have my appointment

This review is for the staff and practices of the front desk. Dr. Schwarz seemed like an adequate doctor, she listened well at our first appointment then I felt rushed and not heard after that. This office though is the worst doctor's office I have ever been to.
I signed an agreement that there would be a $15 fee if you didn't get a prescription while having a doctor's appointment. Ok, sounds fair. What was not explained is that the doctor writes one month prescription at a time with NO refills. This, is insane. I have been to hundreds of doctors in my lifetime, around the country
