I recently experienced issues during heavy rains with water running off my roof near the front entrance, bypassing the gutter and entering the foyer. The water also found its way below the foyer into the basement. Ken, the Owner of Pro South Roofing, personally visited my home, inspected the issue and provided a detailed root cause analysis and recommendations for remediation.
