Critical: Punctuality, Responsiveness
King Roof use to be very responsive and have done projects for us in the past. Unfortunately this year we have lost three customers due to them not being responsive in providing estimates in a timely manner. Their work is well but communication and repairs go hand in hand. As a highly reviewed contractor I don't recommend them.

After a few failed attempts of getting help with our roof from other companies, a friend recommended King Roof Renovations. Rosendo Ruiz was very professional in helping us and negotiating with our insurance company. Everyone we spoke with including the crew were helpful and professional. The roof was completed in one day. Clean up was exceptional as well as followed up. I highly recommend King Roof Renovations.

Critical: Professionalism
I’ve told representatives of King Roof not that I am not interested in their service and not to come back to my home more than four times and they continue to return. I don’t like the way they do business and this is bordering on harassment. If I needed a new roof I would never use their service.

We used them to install new roofs on both of our projects and they did professional and beautiful work. Amy was amazing! She answered any questions we had and helped us coordinate both properties quickly. This was our first time with the process of a major renovation like this and she made everything really easy.

This is a fabulous company... It has been a great experience working with them from the initial visit to the roof installation... Alex has been great!
