With that being said. Danny Purcell should not be the director of anything. Anyone that rude and emotionless should not be allowed anywhere near a grieving family. A very close friend just lost her brother, her boys lost their uncle. Forever. A funeral is a time in which you get to say your goodbyes. Today I witnessed the worst thing anyone who has lost a loved one should have to endure. This is the most unprofessional funeral home I ever seen in my life. They will promise you everything is gonna be taken care of and then, you see your loved one looking like someone else. The make-up is terrible and sad. All the stuff in there is old and out dated. If I would have known, I would not have used there service. Every time I call no one is there that can answer my questions. I always have to wait two or three days before anyone can get back to me. My family members service was in April, it's July and I'm still trying to get all the paperwork straight from the mistakes they made. This

The only reason the one star is there is because you can’t give any less. The most unprofessional, disrespectful encounter I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing with a funeral home. The people who are supposed to be giving comforting words and making this very sad and emotional process a little bit easier. No sir no ma’am I am convinced that is not even in the code of contact for this “business.” In the process of getting the arrangements settled for my late grandmother not only was I disrespected but my grandmothers home and this family. Long read but much needed
i found the main man mr percell to be very nasty rude and down right mean ... my mother my only remaining family had passed away suddenly and things just kept going wrong i met with him along with my mothers partner well i fell to pieces once i herd the words cremation it wasn't my family's beliefs to be involved in such things but the insurgence company wouldn't cover my mothers passing and it was the only choice so we were told then when i said i needed air and lost it in the parking lot he then told my mothers partner that he could wave fee's and get things donated
