Services
After 43 years, Bob and Cathy Brown stepped down as the owners and the second generation of Brown's, Tommy Brown and Lora Brown Dixon took over. They continue with the same foundation that the funeral home was founded on. Robert M. Brown and Mary C. Brown, the founders of Brown Funeral Home continue their involvement in the funeral home on an as needed basis.
The most inevitable fact of life is that it will end one day. We all resist thinking about such things as funeral arrangements, monuments, plots and all the details associated with a loved one dying. By preplanning your funeral, you can ease some of the pain of trying to make decisions while grieving.

While parts of their services were good, they are severely lacking in details and compassion. Yes, it's a business but they are dealing with the loss of a loved one, not a refrigerator or a kitchen sink. I was really surprised at their attitude when details/mistakes made and no act to make it right, not even an apology.
