My faucet had been leaking - we scheduled an appointment, no problem. Jessica on the phone is lovely to work with. Unfortunately our situation escalated, I called back and they sent a crew out within 40 min to replace our faucet. The technicians were professional, efficient, and polite. Very happy with the service - THANK YOU!!

Our hot water heater was leaking so we called around a few places (Leak Geeks, Berkeys, Clearwater, Water Heaters Only, and maybe one or two others). I'm really happy with the service we got from NCT. We got estimates for tankless and a replacement tank from all the companies that did both. We ended up replacing our 75 gal tank with a new tank because tankless was very pricey since our home wasn't originally set up for it. So why didn't we pick the other guys? Clearwater was the only company that actually charged to come out and give an estimate. Why? No one else does that

Very polite and professional. Had a sink leak that another plumber made two trips and couldn't fix.. Called NCT on the recommendation of a neighbor. They fixed the leak and the NCT technician was able to pinpoint another potential issue that the home-builder did incorrectly and fixed the issue as well. The sink now works better than it did when it was brand new! Their price was very reasonable. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend them!
