Each type has a mix of advantages and disadvantages. Amalgam fillings are commonly used for the back teeth because their color is less appealing than the color of composite fillings, which are designed to match the tooth's color.

Great guy. I moved to a different state and switched to a local dentist. My new dentist was pushing for a procedure I wasn’t comfortable with. I reached back out to Dr. Leboe for past X-rays so my new dentist could compare my changes over time. Dr. Leboe picked up the phone himself and I spent 15 minutes with him as he checked out my X-rays and gave me his professional opinion on what to do next—5,000 miles away. After telling him I most likely wouldn’t see him again due to my new living arrangements, he still considered me a patient of his. He gave me plenty of opinions that were in my best
