Unfortunately I have to give an honest review. I'm 5 weeks out since my initial appointment and now I'm looking for a new new dentist. There were scheduling frustrations and very limited flexibility. I reported i was in pain several times yet there was no rush to get my teeth extracted. I had planned on making Dr. M my regular dentist after we started the implant process for 2 teeth. I also thought since the implants alone would be 8K-ish then my regular dental care would motivate them. They tried to keep me as a patient but after an appointment was canceled due to snow and the next appointments

Waterfront dental has such a great environment!! I felt cared for and valued. The hygienist was extremely personable and made me feel comfortable immediately. I really appreciated how the doctor throughly explained the overall health of my mouth and any procedure necessary. I would recommend Waterfront to any friend or family member.

Today was my first visit go Waterfront Dental and I believe this is the dental office for me. I came in after getting no real answers on why I was in pain and blindly sent out for a root canal at another dentist.
I called yesterday and was able to be seen today with no issues. My temperature was checked when I walked in and I was given hand sanitizer. Jonica is a rockstar BTW because she was on it with everything from my phone call to my check-in.
My hygienist (and I'm sorry I can't remember her name right now) was very nice and cares about my comfort while getting my x-rays. She relayed

This was my first time going to get a routine cleaning in about three years. Taylor spent a lot of time getting the build up off of my teeth and between my permanent retainer. She was very thorough and was kind enough to explained each process before she started. They were able to book me for my next check up and my follow up immediately after my cleaning. Would recommend to anyone in the area! Great location as well.

Dr. M and her team are fabulous! Shout out to Cassie who was a wonderful dental hygienist and answered all the questions I had. The office is beautiful and conveniently located. Parking is easy and I was even seen for my appointment early. They are an efficient office and I was in and out quickly. Highly recommend!

Before coming to Waterfront I hadn't been to a dentist in years because of my bad experiences with dentists and dental hygienists and have developed a slight phobia of most dental procedures. I honestly thought the only way I'd be able to see a dentist in the future was with sedation dentistry, which was going to be more expensive than I could justify. Fortunately, that wasn't necessary at all because the staff here at Waterfront is absolutely fantastic! They always make sure I am comfortable, and now I'm finally on my way to having a healthy mouth again.

I was in need a new dentist and found Waterfront Dental after moving to the neighborhood. I liked what I read on their website and my experience matched what I had read. I was warmly greeted when I arrived and only waited about a minute before being taken back for my exams. Everything was very thorough and I really liked that they explained what they were doing and seeing throughout the exam. Overall I am VERY pleased and am excited for Waterfront Dental to be my new dental home.

I have been seeing Dr Merguerian, since November. I have been hearing about her work, for about a decade. And, finally, I have insurance that will cover her work. First off, I have had a lot of dental trauma. I had a lot of bad work done in my twenties. Now that I'm in my forties, I have had a lot of structural breakdown, of those fillings/crowns. I have now had 1 cleaning, and two crown preps performed. I've had a total of 6 visits. I LOVE the work. I feel very little anxiety, about it, which is not my usual. Dr. Merguerian is professional, detail-oriented and dedicated to her craft. Each step of the initial checkup was painless and transparent. She clearly explains each step of the exam and cleaning and uses technology to make the experience transparent and stress-free. The office is clean, the staff is friendly, and the on boarding process is seamless. The location is perfect for someone who lives in Baltimore or just outside of the city. There is plenty of parking with easy access to I-95. Plus the charm city circulator stop is right down the road for those who choose mass transit.

Really really great experience. I absolutely hate dentists and this is the best appointment I ever had. They were punctual and THOROUGH and cared about your experience. I've never had a dentist give me a tool to hold my jaw open so it would get tired or show me my x-rays on a screen above my head and actually go through causes and whatnot with me. Highly recommend! My other dentists my whole life weren't anywhere near as good as Dr. Merguerian. Highly recommend waterfront dental!
