Please DONT RENT from this company. Take heed to the low ratings. They are nothing more than money hungry scam artists. They are trying to charge my husband and I for a bunch of fraudulent charges. I've lived here since June 2017, great tenant, pay my bills on time & IN ADVANCE of the due date. I even paid 6 months rent and my trash fees for 1 year upon move in!! I've NEVER been late on any of my rental payments since I lived here. They raise the prices and don't want to invest in their properties. The patch things up instead of fixing the problem. Livable not luxury. I'm not sure what definition Pasch Companies read when listing Lincoln Pines as "luxury", but they did not use the term correctly. Their property Lincoln Pines is nowhere near a luxury property. Yes, they are on the newer side. However, that does not make them luxury. I was not surprised to see parts of the siding coming off and pieces of the roof fly away with a property that was less than 2 years old.

I would not recommend this company to anyone, in fact, I would actively recommend others avoid renting from this company. The owner, Tim, was extremely rude and unprofessional towards me over the phone while I was a prospective tenant in response to a simple question about their pet policy. In addition, I was told multiple times someone would reach out to me regarding various things, and no one ever did. Overall, this entire experience was terrible and regrettable as I regret even paying the $65 to apply which took over a week to be approved. I wish I would have read more of these reviews sooner

I would NEVER recommend anyone to live here ever again. We lived here for 10 months before being told we had 30 days to vacate due to complaints that were never brought to our attention regarding our children. They were false accusations stating that our children were left unsupervised. There are many children from other townhomes that are unsupervised DAILY that run around the development. I’ve invited them in on multiple occasions to have dinner with us and we were friends with all the parents. Tim DOES NOT return any phone calls left on his voicemail and nothing is ever done in a timely manner

Bad business - New homes being built, change the pricing on the rental which clearly stating $1350.00 on the web page however when receive the leasing agreement the new prices was $1395.00 and we were not informed of the change in advance only received an excuse that we were quoted the wrong price (But it clearly stated on the web page $1350.00- which has change now). Can't seem to get there schedules in coordination with what they are telling their customers. It has been nothing but an inconvenience and they offer no compensation for their mistakes. Tim has been an awesome person to work with. He really knows the business inside and out, and has helped me navigate a lot of special conditions regarding the purchase of a few properties. Not to mention he has saved me a TON of money because of his connections AND knowledge of the marketplace. Could not recommend Pasch Companies enough.

1 star because I have to. Pasch Enterprises are some sneaky landlords!! after we moved out we received an itemized list of "repairs" that had to be made. They are attempting to charge me 3 times for painting the unit!! In that letter it stated to call them with any questions or concerns. I attempted to call and email with no response. A year later I receive a letter from collections for the original amount plus the filing fee!! Just as other past renters have done I also will be filing a civil suit and a complaint with the better business bureau!

I've rented most my life and this is by far the worst landlord I've ever encountered. It took over 3 months to get the inside air conditioning unit fixed as it was leaking really bad into the living room. Since the leak has been repaired our electricity bill has skyrocketed because it's not working properly. Phone calls and complaints aren't even worth a return phone call to them. The worthless dishwasher has been repaired twice since we've been here and still currently leaks on the floor. I mean wouldn't it be cheaper to replace it than to pay a repair man for MULTIPLE
