Terrible experience with Mike at Tax Management. He was very unprofessional when dealing with mine and my husbands taxes. We went in to his office to have him complete our taxes sometime in March. He made errors on our taxes right in front of us, which my husband did call him out on. We were there for probably 2 hours trying to complete our taxes with him. I called him about a week later with which he told me he LOST all of my documents. He then stated that he would continue to look for them. About 3 weeks later, and many phone calls to him, he finally calls me and tells me I need to bring in all

We visited Tax Management this year (2021) as we were unclear on some of the state filings (multiple states filing). Mike was very knowledgeable and spotted some extra payments from the previous years (where we had filed with a chain tax filing service). He filed our taxes and gave us a dedicated secure file sharing folder to put in our previous years returns. His team checked these to file the amendments for the past 4 years. We wouldn’t have caught this if we hadn’t come to Tax Management. The fee for the time he spent with us is very reasonable.

As a new widow who had never handled the finances in the family for our 45 year marriage, I was overwhelmed with what needed to be gathered for our somewhat complicated taxes. Mike Sargent was very patient and took the time to explain what he was doing and had a large screen monitor to follow along. We saw Michael today and we’re incredibly impressed with his knowledge and expertise. He was apologetic when we were interrupted by another staff member asking questions for her client. However, as a teacher I was again further impressed by his knowledge.
We were able to get many questions answered in a manner that was very easy to understand. He was extremely patient and kind as well.
We saved 50% more than where we had been customers for over ten years and feel as though we had more interaction in this one visit than all others combined.

A friend referred me to Tax Management & Financial Horizons. I found the service to be excellent. We met just twice and I received reminders for the meetings. My taxes were all completed at the second meeting. Mike answered all my many questions so that I could understand everything. There was a large monitor of all that was being inputted so that the client could watch each line item. This was extremely helpful. I've worked with three other firms and this is the best service I have received. I highly recommend this company.
