We offer expert service and advice on all tax matters - including the planning and preparation of sales tax, individual tax, business tax, partnerships, C & S corporations, and nonprofits. We guide your business with a purpose of becoming more profitable, as well as provide you a system to help manage and control your cash flow more efficiently.
QuickBooks has become the gold standard for small business bookkeeping needs. We can help setup your QuickBooks files, clean up your current files, and even convert your QuickBooks desktop file to the new QuickBooks Online platform. We can also simply maintain your QuickBooks file so you can work on growing and operating your business.
Attorneys and law firms have unique accounting needs. Most of the transactions in law firms (e.g., writing checks, making deposits, entering and paying bills) are treated the same as in other businesses. However, properly handling transactions related to the Client Trust Account or Interest on Lawyer's Trust Account (IOLTA) can be a challenge.
Depending on the company, payroll can get quite complex, even for small businesses. Many companies outsource their payroll functions to larger specialists that can charge up to $500 per month for their services. We can perform the same payroll services and do it at half the cost, sometimes even less.
