Services
On Day 1, our initial exam will focus on your history and goals of care. Through various non-invasive exams and assessments, we will collect vital information and markers that will help our doctor determine your wellness prescriptions. Exam includes detailed history of injury and illness, posture screen, ortho/neuro exams, Movement Screen and Functional movement assessment.
We understand that healthcare can be a bit confusing but with a bit of education and coaching, we will help to comfortably guide you along your individual health program. Below, you will find new patient forms and information about your care plan. We offer prompt pay (cash) programs or you may inquire about utilizing your insurance.

Dr. Joe is a miracle worker. I had been in pain for three years. I had seen doctors at UCSF and Stanford however none of them were able to help me or make any connection as to why I was in pain or how to help me other than to prescribe medications that somewhat work some of the time but gave me horrendous side effects. The first time I saw Dr. Joe I gave him a brief run down of my symptoms and immediately he had an idea of how to help me. Great people, from the operations folks at the door to the massage therapists (Austin!) to the chiros (Dr. Allen!). Their approach is to pair massage with chiropractics with physical therapy. They communicate well between all those treatments and have helped relieve and strengthen my upper back. Highly recommend!

Dr. Joe is a master with his hands! Not only is he great at getting to the root of what's going on, he has so many additional certifications in movement that allow him to uniquely assess and fix just about anything wrong with these patterns. I love the different tools they have in the office and the whole staff is great!

Overall GREAT experience! I started seeing Dr. Joe almost 3 years ago for chronic neck/low back pain and sciatica (result of multiple car accidents, fluctuating weight, and sedentary work for ~20 years). He's a wizard at fixing whatever my issues are. I realize that all chiropractors know how to analyze postures and gait - but it always amazes me how quickly Joe is able to see how out of whack my body is after walking for 3 seconds and immediately correct it. Between his extremely effective adjustments and exercise homework, I can happily say that I'm pain free! I stopped taking pain meds/muscle
