I've been going here for over a year now and I have to say that, this is the best investment I've done for my self. Not only they train you but they are also there to guide with your fitness and nutrition goals Great place to work out, trainers are very friendly and knowledgeable. Amazing coaches, great equipment, and an overall awesome environment to be in! Workouts are difficult but difficult enough to push you in the right direction. Doesn’t matter who you are...Kali welcomes everyone! The coaches will work one on one with you to challenge you, motivate you, and make sure you’re doing everything in the proper way. For someone who hasn’t worked out in 6 months, this gym was the perfect fit for me to get me back on track. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a gym!

The programs offered at Kali are the best! Having a coach who not only teaches skills and techniques but also provides constant motivation and inspiration makes an hour workout a lot more effective - making me want to do more. There is constant positive energy in every class - everyone is supportive of each other. Being a member of Kali is like being part of a family, each coach spends time with his member, u don’t become a number just like u would be at 24H Fitness, LA Fitness, Crunch and all the other factory fitness clubs where the focus is on the money and getting more n more sales n members, I know because I’ve been there and am so happy I joined Kali, no extra charge for advise or coaching, u get this ? If u want to experience the difference I strongly recommend to come and meet with Bo, Nestor, JB, Joshua and Peace because they will treat u as a valuable FAMILY member than just a one out of thousand

By far the best investment I've made in the last couple of months! I've been a gym enthusiast for years now, but this is the best I've had. It's not your ordinary gym where you do crunches and bench presses. And it's not your typical Bootcamp class where they give you WODs without teaching you proper form. They offer classes similar to Crossfit and Bootcamp, yet at an affordable and competitive price!
What I like most about them is how they teach you the basics and the proper form for each movement, and how they dedicate themselves to ensure that you just don't lose
