Vicdania Health Services provides both skilled medical home healthcare and non-medical home care services for adult and pediatric patients at home in the Dover, Delaware area, including the counties of Kent, Sussex, and New Castle. Our trusted non-medical care givers and aides can help an aged adult stay socially engaged at home, while continuing to visit friends and family and attend regular social events. We offer social event and friend visits, shopping, errand and personal correspondence assistance, gardening and home project help.
Our licensed nurses will perform a comprehensive health assessment and work directly with your physician and our interdisciplinary team in developing a plan of care that ensures that all needs are addressed. They provide treatment and education to patients and their caregivers on the disease or injury process, the treatment plan, medications, diet and wound care.
