Ill be completely honest, this agency had its down and it was all over the place a few months ago. The new Administrator is great! And she does not play, that whos they needed since day 1. She is very caring and always tries to answer any questions you have. I had a few issues with the scheduler but she really made sure to correct them and has been persistant since. They gave a holiday bonus which no other agency has done and I think that speaks for itself. This agency really cares about their patients and employee.
