This place treats their residents poorly and their are kids that dont know what they are doing running the establishment. The manager does not answer there calls and refuses to help out the senior citizens. All of the staff are rude to guest and residents. If you want somewhere nice to be able to.live your retirement days this is not the place.

Love this place! I moved my mother in law in here recently and am so glad i did. I posted a review on yelp and figured i might as well post one here too. My first impression of the management staff was that they were young. But after sitting down with the manager Trinity i realized she knows her stuff and is willing to help. I dont know why someone reviewed management as being so horrible. They helped us fine and were able to work with our extremely short time frame. Great staff and property overall. So far my mother in law is very pleased!

This place is taking advantage of the seniors by keeping their rental deposits once moved out! My dad lived here for some time. We gave 30 day notice to move out. Once we moved out we left the apartment in excellent condition. We did not receive our deposit back because they charge us for new carpet, and vinyl. They said the apt was damaged and it was not. We moved out on a weekend and no walk thru was done due to office closed. They took no pics of the damage and want me to believe we damage it! These ppl are crooked stay away. I'm reporting this to BID immediately. Beware ppl. Take pics and have
