If I could give them a zero I would!! I am a current resident, we have had new management for about a month now... And it is a nightmare! They do not care about residents needs, they are not concerned with the property it's being neglected meaning repair and maintenance, trash over flow from dumpsters and laundry facilities, our amenities like the pool on to the tennis courts are still not accessable to residents. Some of our laundry facilities are out of order and mold and mildew smells coming from washers themselves! Office is aware and nothing. Here are some photos of our washers with the nasty

If I could give these people zero I would.
I moved out over three months ago, we did the final walk, everything was great, I took great care of that apartment. Everything was cleaned. They said there will be a deduction for cleaning fee, but the rest of deposit will be returned in the next couple of weeks, it has been OVER THREE MONTHS since I moved out, and they are making me chae other third party companies for my deposit!!!!WHAT A SCAM!!!!!

Please consider other options. If I could give a negative rating, I absolutely would. Upon move-out, management will attempt to scam you out of every penny. Despite leaving the unit in pristine condition, management refuses to refund our security deposit. On top of that, they blindsided us with an $800 vinyl flooring repair fee without any justification.
Additionally, the leasing office tends to be incredibly unresponsive and rarely answers the phone during business hours. I have called at least 7-10 times in the past week to clarify the unjustified charges, and I’ve only been able to get through

Gina Canada and Alex (Maintenance) do an absolutely amazing job here at the Woodland West Community, I literally renewed my lease due to Gina’s hospitality, attention to detail and always ensuring the units are taken care of. She always follows up on any needs that I have and is very responsive to emails and calls. Alex is always smiling and does his work orders promptly and efficiently.
The community is quiet 99.9% of the time and most tenants I have seen are military, business professionals or healthcare professionals. I feel safe here and the only complaint I have is that there is not assigned

It was my second apartment. I love the environment it wasn't too boujie full of rules and it wasn't to urban. The management were very helpful with rent during though times. More like condo than "townhomes". Overall provides me decent shelter and peace most of the time. You can here neighbors shower throughout your apartment noise can be an issue.

I've lived here for over a year & this is the first time I have publicly sung praises to Alex in maintenance. I brag about him to the neighbors if they ever mention the need to call maintenance. Alex is phenomenal. I appreciate his in depth knowledge an explanation whenever
I have questions about the dishwasher, air conditioning, plumbing, electricity, tools. And he always has a friendly smile and greeting which is rare nowadays. Thanks for being awesome Alex.

This place was nice at first but after you really see how it is. It’s horrible. Our car got broken into, and stolen, and of course no cameras. People smoke weed outside and if they are inside it goes through the vents. The ladies in the office are so rude, especially Karina, she is disrespectful and doesn’t know how to talk to people. They NEVER answer the phone, when they are clearly in there. Another thing, there is NEVER parking, they should really assign parking spaces to everyone, so everyone can have one. It’s not worth it. Take your money elsewhere. “Luxury”, yeah right.
