Should a dental emergency occur, we will make every effort to see and care for you as soon as possible.
Services
We are Premier Provider for MODA/Delta Dental and a Preferred Provider (PPO) for MetLife insurance companies. We also accept most other insurance companies, and as a courtesy we will gladly bill your insurance company for your services. In order to keep our fees as low as possible, we ask that payment be made at the time of service.
To find a dentist that best fits you and your needs we suggest you Google Search Providers in your area. Web pages will tell you a lot about your individual dentist where they went to school, what they specialize in, how long they have been in practice etc.
From there we would suggest you look up reviews, whether the reviews are on Demandforce, Google, or Yelp, it is sometimes best to see what other patients have to say about your future provider.First we recommend that you call your existing dentist and ask what insurances they are in network with. At our office we are in network with MODA Premier, Regence, Dentemax, Cigna, United Concordia and Metlife.

I have been going to Salem Family and Cosmetic Dentistry for about 5 years now. I was drawn in by the waterfall in the center of their facility. Every chair faces the waterfall and is surrounded by jungle type plants. A pleasant atmosphere isn't the only great thing about these guys. I haven't met a single person here who doesn't have wonderful customer service skills. Finally, SFACD has helped me along each financial step of my rocky dental history. Fees are never hidden and I always feel like theyvare trying to save me money while still doing what is needed. Thank you guys. You rock.

I met with Dr. Gallagos and with Dr. Soto. They were both very warm and engaging. They definitely know how to put a patient at ease! The front desk was also very nice and pleasant and overall had a great visit. I would highly recommend anyone who is nervous or needs good knowledgeable info about their oral health to see Drs. Gallagos and Soto. They will take care of you and help you feel good, and help you feel like you matter.

This was my first visit. Catherine made me feel very welcome and comfortable. I so appreciated her taking the time to explain everything she was doing. Dr. Huyssoon was also very friendly and took the time to explain my xrays and what I should and should not be doing. I honestly enjoyed my visit there today.
