We have been coming here at least once a year for at least 10 years. Usually a very good experience. When we got here this time, the greeting from the front desk was less than friendly or helpful. We were given no information about how the cleaning in the rooms is now "minimal," or anything else for that matter. When we got to our room there was a funny smell. I didn't make an issue of it because I knew they were booked to capacity so I hoped it would go away. But by the second day I realized the smell was akin to what a stack of wet diapers would smell like. Someone either urinated

Location is excellent, WiFi is non-existent.
Rooms buffer no sounds so you hear everything outside and from surrounding rooms. Pool is a small kidney shaped concrete thing straight outta the late 1970's. TV had no guide button.

Beds are average at best in being comfortable.

Bunk beds for a larger family are cool.

Bring a white noise machine, expect zero WiFi and a slightly below average comfortable bed

Well, other than a close walk to the main gate and a fairly comfortable mattress, we had so many issues here that we unfortunately won't be returning! We had two rooms, and when we checked in 205 the sink was clogged and there were some underwear hanging behind the bathroom door. The bathroom hadnt been adequately cleaned and there was long black hair in the shower. We told the girl in the office and she said she would try to get someone to take care of it, but it actually never happened and we were there for 5 days! We asked for blankets the first night and didn't get them until the

We stayed here just this past weekend and I would definitely stay here again. The staff is very friendly, they helped us with our arrival and departure, the valet guy that was working is amazing. We told him the time we were leaving the next day and he helped us move our SUVs around and kept any cars from blocking them. The room was clean and had enough space. We had 3 adults and 3 kids. The room with the bunk bed was the best. We didn't spend much time in the room only to sleep after the long days at Disneyland but everything turned out really well. There are also a lot of restaurants near

The staff was very friendly and when they saw that we had 4 adults and one child, they upgraded our room to include a bunk bed for free. The room was clean and it was comfortable. The price was lower than all the surrounding Inns through the Hotel Tonight App. Like nearly everywhere around Disneyland, parking was tight but they managed to find room for my full size pickup. I have absolutely no complaints and would recommend this place to others. I plan to use this place again. Oh, and it is right across the street from the entrance to Disneyland, so it made our Disneyland experience very nice.

Room isn't too terrible to stay in. The bathroom fan didn't work at all and we let the front desk know. They said they'd have someone come and fix it but they didn't fix it. The bathroom looked like the fan had been broken for some time since mildew was starting to grow on the ceiling and bathroom curtain. The distance to the parks was great, which makes it a 3 star review.

Parking is a nightmare. They have 30 spots for a 60 room hotel, which is not enough. We had to park our car in the alley way between the hotel and Denny's and thankful there was someone there watching

There is no elevator . PARKING IS A BIG ISSUE THERE. don't stay at the bottom floor because you will hear lots of squeaky sounds when somebody walk. THE INTERNET WAS HORRIBLE. There are several things I like about this place though. They are: big fridge, safe box, clean room, very close to Disney, price per day was decent ($150 average) this is without sale tax, parking$16/day, and tourism tax.

This has been by far, the worst hotel I have stayed in. The parking situation is terrible. There were very few spots and hardly any space to maneuver in and out of. The first sign of how this stay was going to go was a few dried water splatters on the mirror. Then sewer odor coming from the sink. Then the mold on the shower followed by the hair balls in the "clean" towels. Then the smoke detector started beeping so we called the front desk. They did send someone within ten minutes and pressed the button on the detector a few times, pretended to change the battery and left. That obviously

After having a very unpleasant stay for a variety of reasons, Parveen the manager specifically called himself and addressed our concern. He handled this professionally and in a satisfactory manner. Will give another chance at our next Disneyland vacation.

We have stayed here for every Disney trip for the last 6 years, however after this last stay we will not be back. It is directly across the street from Disneyland, which is why it got two stars. Other than that, this hotel is seriously lacking in customer service. Our original room had a broken tv and was missing a shower curtain completely, so I called the front desk to let them know, they did not apologize, just told us we could switch rooms. The new room was marked as non-smoking but it reeked of smoke and was very stinky. The AC in the new room was extremely loud. They do not let you leave

I filed a complaint with the BBB. Del Sol Inn explained to me that it was Travelocity's policy that the room is non-refundable and Travelocity said it was their policy. I was getting mixed information from both vendors. When I called up they said I would have to eat the $1000 if I canceled. I asked to speak to a manager and they conveniently had to have a conference call. I am very disappointed with the Del Sol Inn. They wouldn't budge for an active service member.

First- if you book through hotels.com or a third party and have to change anything on it, there could be issues. Long story short, the property prefers that you book through them. We only had a small issue, which they quickly amended.
Our room was above the breakfast area so it was very quiet and it was HUGE! Super clean, comfy beds... I was really expecting to rough it a bit like we often do at their neighboring property. But, Del Sol came through. Their breakfast is not worth visiting in my opinion... lots of cold options that didn't work for us, but no big deal! The walk to the park is

I suggest you don't serve your room here. Yes it's across the street from Disneyland so it's great location but there customer service is terrible. I can tell you that after renting there for past 3 or 4 years I won't come back.
I called to ask if there was any opportunity to check in early and at the point I talked to a very nice and friendly person but when I got the front desk I was treated rudely and was just told that check in was at 3pm, I could check at 1pm but check in is at 3pm.
Then that rude person told me that I had 2 reservations instead of one. I tried to explain

My family (of 5) along with my sister's family (of 8) stayed in two Double Queen Rooms WITH the bunk beds. It fit our families and our young kiddos (age 9mos- 10yrs) perfectly. The staff was friendly.... and answered all of our questions (i.e. Where will we park our 15-passenger van? Where can we rent strollers?) The city stroller rental was handy...thanks to Nenetzen for recommending! And everyone was extremely helpful, including Patricia!
Wow, what a great location for all things Disneyland!

Awful hotel! The beds are like rocks, the towels feel like sandpaper. There is so much light coming in through the door frame it always feels like day. Housekeeping would come in and take dirty wash clothes but wouldn't make up the room or replace the wash clothes they took. It's so LOUD! We were downstairs and it sounded like the family upstairs was running on a treadmill each morning and the noise of people going up and down the stairs was endless. We thought we would be saving $$ by staying here since it included breakfast but after a nasty breakfast the first day we ended up eating

The location is the only thing good about this place. It is across the street from the entrance to the park. If you are driving, beware that parking is extremely limited, and you can't park there until check in. I got there about 9 AM hoping to just leave my car and go to Disney, but they would not let me. They had spots available, but still would not let me leave my car.
The rooms are pretty basic. The beds are hard as a rock and the towels are small and threadbare. My biggest issue is that the door on my room did not seal. I could literally see daylight around the opening. It also

We booked and had a single King room, near the entrance of the driveway. There are so many pros and cons, I have to put them in a list

Pros
- close to the parks entrance, easy walk
- discount dining for Denny's and Tony Roma's next door
- buy your park tickets at the front desk
- light breakfast available
- Bathroom was clean and updated
- mini fridge in room

Cons
- bed and bedding was crap, they only change the top sheet; the rest is disgusting. Don't look underneath
- no place to put luggage, had to use the ironing board - room next door had furniture to put luggage on and not

So dissapointed in this hotel. Should've read the reviews first. 1. When I originally booked they failed to mention the $9.00 parking charge that you get slapped with once you check in. Parking is extrememly cramped and limited. If you can't find a parking they have to valet your vehicle for you. So basically there is vehicles parked every which awkard way (like a puzzle??)

2. Carpet looks old in room. I told my girls to wear your shoes all the time Ewwwww, Gross....

3. Towels basic thin, old

4. Noise level-windows super thin. We could hear everything. Conversations, car alarms
