She attended the Real Estate Program at Collin College, this is where she received her Real Estate Licenses at the age of 18.

I've been at one of the rental properties managed by this agency for well over 3 years. The property is not well kept, they don’t make any improvements or even the repairs you ask for yet the price continues to go up. I called because there was a problem with the payment system and showed an unapplied credit. I spoke with a female representative of Mr. Pilkenton and agreed to pay the late fee but asked for the rental history to not show a late payment as a wavier for the misunderstanding because we want to purchase a home. The lady was sooooo rude and started chanting "but okay pay your rent

I hired Ken and his crew to secure tenants for and manage an investment property that I own. Ken's been in the business for a long time. He's professional, he knows his stuff, and he's responsive. As a new landlord I have lots of questions but Ken never makes me feel like I'm stupid and/or a bother.
I will continue to use Pilkenton property management for any future investment properties. Never have to worry about my tenants with Ken guiding the selection process.
