Being from out of town, Traci coordinated a virtual tour (during COVID as well) to show us the property. In addition, she showed it to use two other times in person as we got buy-in from our extended family. Once we were under contract, Traci coordinated many tradespeople to perform work on the property so that upon closing, we could get moving.
