I have worked with Dave and Capstone Real Estate for over 10 years, both in purchasing several commercial properties and selling one of these properties as well (above asking price!). When looking for properties Dave not only listened to what I needed, but would even reach out to properties that were not currently on the market that met my criteria. In fact, that is the way we purchased one property. Dave and his team worked very hard to get me what I needed. Their honesty and integrity are values that are very important to me! Zero stars. Horrific experience. Capstone agreed to be property managers for our rental property in Grand Haven. We’re from out of town and paid Capstone to perform monthly drive-bys and quarterly in-house visits to make sure the home was being per properly cared for. We made it very clear in the contract that there were to be no pets and no alterations made to the property. We were told every quarter that we had “ideal tenants” and they were taking very good care of the home, encouraging us to renew with the current occupants. After a couple of years, we decided to visit the property before

I have worked with multiple members of the capstone team on many occasions. They have managed residential rental property for me, as well as helped with the sale of residential property. I have rented commercial space from them and also purchased commercial real estate with the assistance of the capstone team. I have even had the opportunity as a vendor to provide emergency repairs for them and some of there clients. THEY ARE THE BEST AT WHAT THEY DO AND ARE DIFFERENT THAN THE AVERAGE REAL ESTATE MANAGEMT COMPANY! The level of professionalism, and integrity they operate at on a consistent basis
