They were very nice. The vet didn't rush through the examination. She made sure to look everything over really well and was very sweet and caring. Even to my kiddos. It was a very pleasant vet visit with no surprises! I knew exactly what my total was going to be as they went over everything before the exam.

Visiting from Dallas and my girl needed to see veterinarian due to issue with her ear, and than afterward, late in the afternoon my boy needed veterinarian’s attention for his allergy issue. Overall, Everyone, including front office ladies were very helpful and understanding of my situation and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs for my boy and girl. I love everyone there. The ladies at the front desk are the best. Very kind and helpful. I’ve seen all of the vets there and all are wonderful. I have two dogs that are cared for at Bay Porte, a Maltese and an American Bulldog. My bulldog has been sick recently and the care has been the best. I appreciate the kindness, patience and love all the staff show to my pups, they take time to answer all your questions and concerns without making you feel rushed. The entire staff is the best.

My dog Ari Blue get extremely nervous just taking a car ride so it really kicks in when we get to the vet. The technician came and talked to me in the lobby and met Ari. She could see he was shaking so she took the time to pet him and talk to him to help ease him. The doctor was the same, making sure to be gentle with him and explain everything thoroughly to me during the exam. They came with a great plan for me with my limited funds because of being disabled. I would recommend this veterinarian clinic to everyone!

If you want to keep hemorrhaging money without your pet improving, I recommend you try Bay Porte Animal Hospital. They are happy to keep taking my money hand over fist right up until my pet draws her last breath.
Dr. Hauke seemed dedicated, hard-working and passionate. The prices are outrageous though. Perhaps vet care is only for the wealthy these days, or those who don't mind credit card debt. I have no debt and would like to keep it that way. Impossible here!

I have absolutely nothing negative to say about the staff or the care they provide, however their rates are substantially higher than other excellent veterinarians in the area. Rather than having a fancy lobby with high-end finishes and a coffee bar where you can't even walk in the door without having to pay triple digits, I am seeking a no-frills veterinarian who puts the emphasis on quality of care rather than fancy decorations.

We have been taking our two labs to Dr. Monica Rogers for three years. In that time she has helped to clear up one of our lab's constant ear issues. She treats each animal and owner with compassion and respect and always explains the options for treatment, including the cost for each option. We will always take our pets to her practice.
