Found the poor baby at the park. and saw it had some eye infection. we go in to get some meds for the eyes and have a check up. We are given 5 things and they top some wet food off and have to pay 190 dollars, later on see the cat is having a reaction the Clavamox we are given. Later call the vet as the kitten is breathing so hard and it’s heart is beating out of its chest. All we are told is to discontinue the medication, no recommendations to bring the baby in or anything, we call again wanting to know what to do rather than going cold turkey on the meds. They close at 5, and we call at 4:45

I didn’t get the chance to visit this place and I wish I will never have to.
I spoke with them on the phone because they are the one who spay/neuter the animals from bayou animal services. I asked to have an appointment for my cat and she said first available in 2 weeks. I have to drop off between 7:30-8 am? I have kids that need to go to school! And they are more than 30 minutes away. I told her that and she said that’s rules call your shelter and fondé another place in a rude way!

My poor kitty had a horrible infection in his mouth and had to have some teeth pulled. They entire staff was wonderful with him. They did the procedures at an amazing price. I'm very pleased I choose them to take care of my fur baby!

I love the whole staff.. they're very accommodating and have a sincere love for your pets. They have treated 3 dogs we've had. When Angus went to heaven , they were there with lots of hugs. Our 2 girls we have now are always loved by the whole staff when they come in, usually for a nail trim. They don't mind that Bgee screams like a child !. Thank you all from the Smith family.
