Dr. Jason Wolford is a licensed chiropractor serving the Mt. Washington and surrounding communities. Originally from Louisville, Dr. Wolford moved back to Kentucky after living in Florida for 15 years where he earned his Doctorate from Palmer College of Chiropractic. With 10 years of experience, Dr. Wolford is committed to promoting the optimal health and well-being of his patients.

Long review but needs to be said! I had issues with my right arm, I thought it was a pinched nerve. I could barely lift my arm to scratch my other shoulder, to drive. I couldn’t lay on my side, or put my arm on the counter. I couldn’t hold my son.. nothing. I had no idea how I developed the pain, it just happened. I would cry thinking I’m only 31 years old and I can’t move my right arm (I’m right handed) I can’t write without feeling like I’ve been lifting weights. My shoulder felt like it was popping out of place every time I moved it. One Monday I walked in with the worst pain,

I am so pleased with Dr. Jay! Best doctor in town! Very caring and very attentive. My daughter has been going for the past few months for neck pain, and has improved so much! Her range of motion has improved, her pain has decreased, overall she is feeling much better. Highly recommend this clinic :)

Forever Young is a wonderful place. From the moment I walked in the door, without an appointment, the entire staff made me feel welcome. Dr. J. has taken excellent care of me and has greatly helped with my lower back and neck pain. After my first visit, I could tell a noticeable difference in my level of pain. I would highly recommend Forever Young to anyone that is experiencing aches and pains. They will treat you like family and give you the best care around.
