Services
Working by referral is all about trust. And, let's face it, when we're seeking a service, we look for someone we can trust - someone proven, who comes highly recommended, and is already on our side. This is why The Russo Team at RE/MAX Professionals chooses to work by referral. Many real estate agents take a transactional approach to sales - identifying clients, closing the deal, and then moving on to the next one.
The Russo Team has built a foundation of success with repeat and referral business. We greatly appreciate all your support over the years, whether you have bought or sold a home with us - or referred someone who did! Check out what some of our clients are saying about their home buying or selling experience with us.
Located in the heart of Arizona's beautiful Sonoran Desert is the city known as Phoenix, Arizona. According to recent census reports, Phoenix is the 14th largest metro area by population in the United States, as well as the largest capitol city. Phoenix, Arizona was founded in 1861 near the Salt River and covers the largest land area of any city in the United States.
Encanto Manor Historic District is one of thirty-five designated historic neighborhoods in downtown Phoenix, Arizona. Encanto Manor is among the smallest districts with only eighty-three homes, one church and a parish house. Two gentlemen, John Lester and L.M. Hammon platted Encanto Manor back in 1945 after purchasing the land from the estate of Jame Dorris.
Encanto Palmcroft Historic District was once considered the ideal suburban community in downtown Phoenix. The word "croft" means little garden and the word "encanto" means magic spell or charm, which is exactly what you will find in this seventy-five-year-old neighborhood. The first 80-acres of Encanto Palmcroft were developed between 1927 and 1928 by Dwight B. Heard, who was also the founder of the Heard Museum in 1929.
