The people here are very nice but if you need in quickly it may not be the right place for you. I think they are just overwhelmed. We always had excellent service with Dr. Grimm and will certainly miss him. We had a dog we had rescued a few weeks earlier who became very ill with an ear infection while we were out of town (the dog was with us). I can’t say enough kind things about Dr Grimm and his staff. I never had to wait to get my pets seen. If I called they would get me in that day or the next day. Of course there have been a few vets in and out over the years that weren’t good but I just asked
