It was such a great pleasure to work with Bamboo Beats DJ. They are professional, experienced, supportive, and incredibly kind. I requested to play some specific Chinese, Korean, Disney songs, and Bamboo Beats really made my wish come true. Our guests had the best time on the dancing floor with K-Pop to top-40 songs. Even my parents and their friends joined the dance floor because the music was so good!

Booking with Bamboo Beats was one of the easiest choices we made for our wedding vendors. Bamboo Beats played our wedding and they were AWESOME! Incredibly professional and responsive leading up to the wedding. They played the songs and themes we wanted but also mixed a lot of their own style in which made for a great dance party. To say Bamboo Beats is a great DJ company is an understatement. The whole process was simple and Joanna was great to work with throughout the planning process. Everything felt well communicated and ready to go well before the big day. In my opinion the DJ can make the night and DJ Danny did the job! Used these guys for our company holiday party and were not impressed at all. Instead of playing from the list we provided, they completely went off playing the own songs. Went up to the girl (very bossy) to address our concerns but were ignored.

Our wedding photographer recommended Bamboo Beats to us for our wedding (she herself used them for her wedding!). When we met with Jojo and Isaac (aka DJ Tecumseh) for coffee, we knew instantly we wanted to book them. Our photographer and DJ were the two most important parts of our wedding and Bamboo Beats (specifically Jojo & Isaac) delivered quite possibly the best outcome imaginable. Not sure how these guys have so many positive reviews. They are awful. The guy who runs the biz thinks very highly of himself and isn't afraid to tell you. You're a wedding DJ... Do you really need to hear about how cool he is? Because that is pretty much all we heard when talking to him. My biggest concern is will you play the music I like, have the gear needed, and are on time. But all we got was "I'm basically a badass".
There are tons of reliable, good DJs, with good equipment that are much cheaper. Do yourself a favor and shop around. Meet people in person and judge

Bamboo Beats recently DJ'd our wedding and they were fantastic! DJ Cues hosted the party and his wife Ruby was awesome too! They did a great job and had the crowd engaged all night. We had so many comments from our guest about the awesome DJ and wonderful music.

Bamboo Beats helped to create an unforgettable wedding day for us! We opted for the full DJ package that included video mixing and LED uplighting. The lighting totally transformed the space, and video screens helped to create a party/ club atmosphere. We really enjoyed having Bamboo Beats as our ceremony and reception DJ. Jojo and Issac are very personable and easy to work with both in person and by email. They are also very organized. They provided many useful worksheets, included a blank timeline for me to fill out with their cues, a "special songs" list, and a list of my reception songs.
