Went yesterday for a consultation on work I would like to have done.. the Dr.Spivey was very nice and made understanding what can and can not to done. He gave me several different ways to handle my issues. His assistant is was caring and patient with me. Hopefully I will began the work soon..it is now up to the insurance company. The young women at the front are always willing to help you with any issues with scheduling or billing.. Dr.Jackson has chosen great people to work with his patients…so thankful for this him and his office.

I giving 3 stars because I can’t get a appointment since the last time I was there was in 2017...I went today in person to make a appointment for teeth cleaning and wanting implants...was told they are not taking any new clients at this time..since I had not been there in the last two years I was told I am now a new client .. I know this office is one of the very best in the area and is truly a 5 star office...they did take my name and number and said they would call me once they were taking new people....just wish they weren’t doing a large billboard advertising off the main road in Midway

Not sure I understand these high reviews, cause it has been a chore to see these people each time I have had an appointment. When their systems went down, I didn't even receive a call to reschedule and was told I should have received a call & that because they had no internet, they could not do the cleaning. I am a physician and have had several times that I have had to deal with computer issues like this but we resort to pen and paper and do what we have to. Then when I got rescheduled, of course there were the usual COVID questions and talking my temperature. The hygienist stated that

I could go on and on how much i love this place and dr. jackson, but we'll save time and i'll keep it fully 100 with everyone...... he is an awesome, kind, funny, easy/comforting dentist that i would 100 plus recommend to anyone, adults and/or children!
i'm having a long dental process, and he is seeing me thru the entire process of course and i've had 2 appts so far..... now my next 2 are back to back on like a monday and tuesday. after that, hopefully only 6 or 7 more visits for me! and i'll be so happy to smile again!

Love this dentist! I've been coming here the last 2.5 years after moving here. A friend recommended it and I'm so glad I got this recommendation for me and my boys because they do such a great job keeping our teeth clean and are friendly as well. It is about a 30 minute drive from base but totally worth it. If you're looking for superior service than look no further. Another bonus is they are military friendly when it comes to insurance.
