Jason came out to repair two water issues that we discovered first thing this morning. Of course, when you have issues like that it kind of puts you in a frenzy, especially on a Saturday morning. Jason was very reassuring and completely focused on getting the job done. I think you are fortunate to have Jason as an employee! Poole's Plumbing has installed my water heater, repaired leaks and changed my PRV on 3 different visits. They are very responsive and provide great quality work. The plumbers that come out are always polite, professional and knowledgeable. They definitely stand behind their work! I know I got a great company for all my plumbings needs and wouldn't want to go anywhere else. I Highly Recommend them, they are AWESOME!

I recently had a water heater replaced by Poole’s and was very impressed and satisfied by their work. The job was coordinated by Sabrina, Julie and Carrie, and the work was performed by Henry and Corey. Henry and Corey did a great job with the install and communicated updates throughout. They also took the time to walk me through the work performed at the completion of the job. Carrie also was great in explaining the inspection process and ensuring all logistics were taken care of.

Just had a Rinnai tankless hotwater heater installed. Everyone I dealt with at Poole's(multiple people in the office, estimator, install team, inspection team) all great to work with. All hard working and attention paid to all of the details. Good work for a fair price.

We awoke to no hot water on a Monday morning. Upon inspection of the water heater we found that it had a leak and that caused the pilot light to go out. Looking a little closer, we also noted the water heater was 18 years old so it seemed like it would need to be replaced.
We called Poole's and worked with Carrie to see if we could get a replacement scheduled for that day - knowing this was a long shot considering the current state of affairs with everything taking a long time to get done due to the labor and appliance shortages. Carrie worked with us and got us on the schedule that afternoon

As someone in the home service business (flooring) I rarely write reviews for other home service businesses unless I have an exceptional good or bad experience. Unfortunately this company's conduct was unprofessional and borderline inappropriate. I was in a meeting when they arrived because they only provided a 20 minute notice even though I always ask for 1 hour so I can rearrange my meetings to accommodate them. They had to wait for 30 minutes until I was out of my meeting and said they had to charge me for those 30 minutes, the rate was $375 / hour. I said no because they only gave a 20

The customer service at Poole’s plumbing is exceptional. Quick response time, friendly and professional. As far as I can tell, they did a great job installing my recirculation pump and also did a good job explaining the system to me. I will definitely have them come back in the future.

I already recommend Poole's Plumbing to my residential real estate clients, so the fantastic personal experience I had was no surprise. The technicians fit me in the same day I called and helped to successfully diagnose and repair a water pressure issue along with a minor toilet repair. WOW - They would not stand behind their 1 year Warranty- Bob Poole called me and was extremely rude- He would not stand behind his warranty and made up excuses everytime I brought up the signed contract I had. The workman, who was very nice, agreed I should not have to pay twice to fix the same problem. BEWARE!!

Scheduling secretary was extremely rude on the phone. I called at 7am and was told I would be able to be scheduled the same day and that once the price for my unit was resolved I would be called back. I called back 4 hours later after not hearing a response then was told i had to pay an Extra $400 because there was no room on the schedule. If I hadn't called back I don't know when I would have heard back from them. Then to top it off when I informed them that they said it would be today I was called a liar and accused of being unreasonable. I wish I had checked their other terrible reviews

First of all, this is not a review regarding services of poole's plumbing, (hence the 1 star), but rather in regard of a certain employee who has decided to attack and harass one of my closest friends. You're probably thinking, wow what does this have to do with anything? Well my fellow yelpers, I personally will not stand for such behavior nor a company that chooses to hire such negligent employees. Poole's, I hope you take the correct action and change my and other people's opinions, as of right now you have a choice to make. Peace and love to all!

NO Star's for this company. This company is the definition of price gauging. First they quoted me an insane $350 to come on a Saturday during a hurricane (it was raining) then they were 4 hours late. When they arrived the technician spent 25 minutes tinkering around in the attic trying to get the hot water working again on a tankless water heater. He spent most of that time on the phone troubleshooting the problem with a Rinnai service rep. Once he got the hot water running he promptly charged me for the Saturday service call and an additional $125 for his 'service'. Guess

After 8 years in our home, our 50 gallon hot water heater was leaking over the weekend. I started calling around on Monday morning. I did get several estimates, most of which were higher then Poole's. Poole's was recommend to me by our Heating/AC service company. So, I called Poole's on Monday around noon and they were here and had it replaced within 24 hours. They were competitive on the price and they were fantastic with service. They even called today to follow up with me. Wonderful experience. I would use them in the future every time! they did a fantastic job!

Ok, I'll admit that my experience with Poole's Plumbing got off to a rocky start. They had some personnel issues with an employee (who is now a former employee) that caused them to be seriously late for two appointments. We managed to work through that issue and they performed extremely well thereafter.
They removed my old water heater from my attic (thanks to my builder for that brilliant design) and installed a Rinnai tank less water heater in my crawl space.
The price was very competitive and the installation went of without a hitch. The service technicians were polite, clean
