I enjoyed working for 1st Option. It is a family friendly and flexible environment. I have small children and have had to take off or leave work to attend to their needs at times, and the upper management has been very understanding. To be successful here you must remain focused and dedicated to your work, and in doing so, the company will in turn show its appreciation to you.
