We’ve been using Optimumcare for over a year. My mother’s caregivers have been wonderful and the office staff have always been very attentive whenever I call them. We had a bad experience with a previous agency. I’m so glad we found Optimumcare, simply a great company to put your trust in for a loved one that needs care.

Regina C provided outstanding service to both of my parents at the end of their life. This extended over a number of years and included first my father and then my mother in hospice. She showed herself to be a resourceful and helpful aide, who cared not just for the body but also the mind of the person in her charge. I highly recommend her.

All of our care at Optimumcare has been top notch. The staff has taken extra measures to ensure my mother is receiving care that is tailored to her exact needs. We’ve used their services ranging from home health aides to PT/OT and I’ve been very impressed with the attention to detail and overall caring attitude of every person. We’ve worked with other agencies in the past but none have offered the personal touch that Optimum does. Definitely would recommend!
