The front desk receptionist is horrible, absolutely no customer service at all !!!! I’ve emailed 3 times my release form to have my daughters X-rays sent to me and she has completely ignored by request. If no response by tomorrow I will follow up with a call to the dental association to report the office.

I should've came here first instead of wasting my time in Moore County dentist offices.
The ppl here are very friendly, informative and most importantly professional. I saw a few familiar faces but that's what made it better for me to feel at ease. I recommend them to anyone whose searching for those key factors..

Had a great visit today. Eventhough I was unable to get my filling done the Dr. sue and her assistant took great care of me. They really explained why it was best to wait to have filling done and made me feel at ease about my current condition and upcoming treatments. Kudos Hometown family dental!!!!👏🏽👏🏽 Job well done😊

I love this Dentist Office! The staff are the best. They are all so kind to my family! They know my children by name when we walk in the door. They have patience when it comes to having to bring your children to appointments. They try to work with you as best as they can while staying professional and getting the job done. I highly reccomend them!

I went to my first appointment yesterday and the whole staff was very welcoming, they make you feel comfortable and at home. The nice dentist and her assistant that examined me is very kind and gentle. They answered all concerns and they put me on a plan that we are all comfortable with. This will be my dental center....not to mention, its very clean
