Positive: Professionalism
Got his name from my family lawyer. Better result than I could have ever hoped for. Set my mind at ease from our first conversation, told me what he hoped to get and why and what I could do to help get there.

Had him for a case West Seneca. He’s kinda direct and matter of fact but that’s what I wanted. He seemed To have a methodical approach communicated well and easy to talk to.
Wasn’t available by phone all the time but was good about responding within a day. Maybe that’s normal, I never had to have a lawyer before. . I would almost take away a star for that but it wasnt like he was dodging my call.
He called a couple times just to tell me nothing was new on my case. We waited for the prosecutor for a while which wasn’t fun. Eventually, it went like he said it would.
I saw somewhere he’s

I actually switched to Jamie after my first lawyer kinda messed up.
I was pleasantly surprised at the difference. Jamie told me what to expect. He told me the possibilities and probabilities and made me relaxed. My first lawyer had me pretty scared. I guess it was a difference in experience.
Was also kind of cool to have the lawyer that all the other lawyers want to talk to. When we were in court I noticed people kept coming up to him and asking him stuff. That made me feel better.

I've used James Auricchio help on several occasions and always so very pleased with the outcomes he's provided. He is a genuine person who has helped me bring speeding tickets down to small violation fees without any points on my license (so crucial for me). He communicates with you step-by-step what to expect and reduces any fear or anxieties that you may be going through. All in all James is amazing at what he does!

We retained Mr. Auricchio for a family member that got a DWI after a Bills game. We were impressed by his ease in communication. He didn’t seem to have the kind of stiffness that the other lawyers we talked to.
He walked us through the process and made us feel at ease. He called us several times to make sure we were aware of things and he took the time to get to know us.
We definitely recommend him.

Working in the New York Court system i see many lawyers. Sometimes good people do bad things. Anybody that asks me my recommendation for counsel i will give them Jamie's name. He has gone above and beyond for them. They are happy with his prices and his performance in the court room. If you are looking to keep your record clean he is the man for the job. Do not settle for less ..
