Initially my interaction was good then soon after the I experienced the same situation as the other complaints below. Lack of communication, follow-thru and service. Blake said he would reach out on a specific day, he never did then said 'for sure' I would be installed by last Friday and they never showed. When I strongly challenged him he had a litany of excuses. Their business is really good and clearly they don't need mine, or yours. There a lot of providers in this space.. I suggest you keep looking.

Blake came out to look at our house and give us a quote. Very knowledgeable guy and was very thorough in what he suggested we do. What a waste of time though. There was no follow-up with us and after 1.5 weeks I called and the receptionist said she'd call me back same business day. Never called. I called again the next week and she said she'll have someone call me back. Again, never called. I emailed Blake directly and he said he was out of town but will call me the following day to discuss. Nothing. What an utter waste of time. Not going to chase someone down to take my money for lawn services

AVOID! Three main areas of concern when working with PLM... 1. Poor communication I was told multiple times I would be called back the "next day" and the call never came. 2. Dishonesty Inaccurate hours recorded on invoice. New invoice sent after complaint with NO explanation. 3. Poor Customer Service Came back out to fix work that was not done right the first time, and after completion sent another invoice. Called to discuss new invoice and employee seemed disinterested other than to charge me.

The good: Great job providing what I thought was a first draft of plan layout after collection $300 The bad: Very hard to reach and horrible follow up. I guess meeting 3 times to work out the details was too much for them. We are very disappointed as I saw examples of very good work, but I guess it is their way or no way as I have been waiting over a month for a contract with the updates that I requested. I realize it is the busy season for them, but there was no setting of expectation about when they would be able able to deliver. I heard tomorrow or Monday after each meeting, but there was no
